The maison Les Terrasses, 4-star rated gite, is a contemporary, wooden, old-fashioned tobacco-drying style holiday home, situated in a peaceful green setting surrounded by forests and meadows.
The house is nestled close to the bastides of Villeréal, Monflanquin and Monpazier classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, on the southern edge of the Dordogne, in Lot-et-Garonne. This charming house offers the ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. With its spacious, landscaped terraces, guests can enjoy the swimming pool and large garden. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, offering a restful night's sleep after a day exploring the Périgord. Guests can also take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their meals, or relax in the cosy lounge with a good read. Whether on a family holiday or a romantic getaway, Maison Les Terrasses is the perfect place to discover the beauty of Villeréal and the surrounding area.

The space

Wooden house with air-conditioning, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 shower rooms and a large lounge/dining room, heated secure pool.

Ground floor:

An air-conditioned master suite with access to the terrace and pool, shower.

Entrance hall, toilet and utility room with washing machine. Large living room of over 60 m² with open-plan kitchen. Smart TV and WIFI.

The bay windows give access to a 140 m² terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, microwave.

First floor:

3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The master bedroom has a 160 × 200 double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two 80 × 200 single beds.

Outside:

Terraces all around the house, so you can sit out in the sun or shade. A 4m x 9m heated swimming pool. The private garden of 3200 m² is surrounded by old oak trees, from which you can see the Château de Biron. A footpath leads from the house through a landscape of meadows and copses. Children can play on the large lawn and under the old oak trees.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 500 is required.

CHECK IN - OUT
Departure before 10am and arrival no earlier than 4pm. Minimum booking: 7 days. Adaptable if there is no rental before or after the stay.

PAYMENT
30% deposit online, balance 30 days before arrival.

ALL INCLUSIVE, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Sheets and household linen: beds made up, household linen and sheets, towels, bath sheets. Departure cleaning. No additional costs.

TOURIST TAX
Included in package.

CANCELLATION
100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. 50% if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

MISCELLANEOUS
Smoking is forbidden in the house. Pets not allowed.
